3. Appointment Scheduling

Online appointment requests submitted through the Site (via our 4PatientCare scheduling widget) are requests only and are not confirmed until our office contacts you. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointment requests at our discretion. Please call our office directly for time-sensitive scheduling needs.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, and other content on the Site, unless otherwise noted, are the property of Cates Family Eye Care or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services (such as our appointment scheduler, Google Maps, patient reviews, and social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
